image Absolutely poor service, I received a call from a friend who was processing an upgrade with one of the representatives. The representative lied about extra fees, which I called to check on just to make sure before I arrived which I then had another store explain the fees. The representative added the fees, and did not refund one of them so she payed this, returned the phone at the representatives demand. All I did was ask questions upon arrival about different fees, and all I was trying to do was understand and the representative couldnt understand that. I even told the manager that if she walked into a store with a friend would she do the same and she said yes. This is and always has been a poor service location. And the fix or issue lies within that store and those representatives.

As for the $40 charge, that is part of our Setup Assistant program and is nonrefundable. On top of transferring all of your essential data and setting up your new device, it also includes accessory application, cloud storage setup, an in-store coupon, getting set up on Verizon's network, and more.

image The slowest service worst I have had anywhere besides Cox South ER! Then double charged me for a car charger. Also sold me a 6' white cable I didn't need and I wanted a black charger. If it wasn't for me having a dead phone and having calls to make. I would have waited and went somewhere else. I will never go here again. They also kept trying to sell me a watch for 300+ with 150 off that I didn't want, ask for or need. They should have given me the charger and watch for taking 2 hours to hours to sell me a charger that should have taken 10 minutes top. I would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!
