If I could give 10 or 100 stars, I would.
The kitchen drain stopped up xmas eve. Well, we waited to call dec 26 because of xmas, and we were doing nothing christmas anyway.
Dec 26th, they came out, and yep, it was clogged about 10 feet down. Lots of plumbing school and a great visit about what to do to prevent and how to do things easier. My drains work better than they've ever worked. I'm blessed to be using Genes plumbing. It's reasonable, folks.

I called and had same day service. Very nice and the job was done quick. I will definitely use Gene's Plumbing in the future.

Our old water heater died Monday, I called Tuesday and they were able to come out Thursday for what I thought would just be for an evaluation but the gentleman came ready to replace my water heater. Our utility closet is super small but he was able to get the old one out and new one in for half the price I was quoted by another company. He answered the many questions I had, was super kind and patient. He hauled away my old water heater so I didn't even have to worry about that! Service: Water heater installation
