Very disappointed. Male nail tech was very rude, he asked my opinion of the nails and I told him I thought my right hand nails were too thin especially compared to my right hand, and he laughed and told me they were not. I asked the price of my nails, before hand, which all of my nails are different sizes because he rushed and seemed to only care about getting me out of his chair. He changed the price of the nails twice, even though I changed nothing, when I confronted him about changing the price he raised his voice and repeated himself over and over. Me and my boyfriend both got our nails done and the lady doing his nails let him draw out the initial he wanted and put it on his nail, when I asked the male tech to do the same he claimed they couldnt do that only stickers Made me very uncomfortable and I will not be coming back. its been three days and my nails already look like they need a fill and I have lots of bubbles on my nails.

I have been here a couple of times both times were great. This last Friday I made an appointment for 1:00. They started on me at 2:22. I was not happy with my nails at all. They did not file correctly and the paint is bubbled and the entire experience was awful this time

Kevin and his wife must be going through it. After waiting for 35mins, without being spoken to, I asked Kevin about the appointment I made, he began yelling at his wife and then me about being too busy. Uncomfortable situation overall.
