Alley Insurance group cannot be recommended as a reputable company. Quotes and rates are unreasonably high for the coverage offered. Insurance premiums are at all time highs so please make sure to protect yourself from companies such as this that add unnecessary cost. Additionally the lack of professionalism and courtesy of not communicating effectively should foreshadow what you can expect from this company.

Shady business dealings in other areas. Refuses to meet to discuss issues. Claims communication when there has been none. Filed a complaint with Missouri Attorney General and BBB.

I would recommend Alley Insurance to any of my friends and family. When I was purchasing my house Scott was diligent about getting me a quote. By far the best Insurance broker I have ever dealt with!!!!
