Im incredibly impressed with this AllState agency. We have had an amazing experience working with them. Our agent, Gavin, is phenomenal to work with. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions in detail and got us a plan that is tailored to our specific needs. When we had to submit a claim due to being given faulty insurance by a trucking company, Gavin was quick to get our claim taken care of and the claims department was a breeze to work with. They were able to locate the company to ensure our vehicle was taken care of and our deductible was refunded to us. I could honestly go on. The service is incredible and Im so happy we made the switch!

There are a lot of companies out there - but the family/friend customer relationship is 2nd to none at this agency.

Allstate overall is a solid insurance agency for auto insurance. I haven't explored their other policies yet. Since switching over to them in 2018/19 I have mostly utilized the roadside assistance that they provide quit a bit and that's the only downside to a 5 review. They use 3rd party service providers that have their own scheduling and operations which could leave you stranded longer than you'd like while you're waiting for assistance. Eventhough that doesn't completely reflect Allstate's service, it can definitely leave you in a tighter bind when needing assistance on the road. Outside of that they're a good agency to have when handling your claims or managing their insurance policies.
