Scottie and his guys are GREAT! had them come out for some repairs, from the bid to completion of the job everything went better than expected! would highly recommend DeckTacular to anyone!

If only we could assign DeckTacular far more than 5 stars for its superb service! We cannot say enough great things about DeckTacular. My husband and I received other quotes for our deck and DeckTacular’s was the most reasonable and appealing. Scottie arrived in a timely manner to discuss our deck rebuilding needs and presented in a professional, knowledgeable, and respectful manner. Not only was the quote reasonable but Scottie also quickly and willingly provided us with DeckTacular’s licensing and insurance documentation, which further put our minds at ease. Plus DeckTacular offers a great warranty. From start to finish, this project could not have progressed any better. Scottie started the project exactly when he said he would, kept the site clean and orderly at all times, and finished when he said. He readily consulted with us to keep us aware of the status and made additional recommendations when necessary. He always arrived promptly and worked steadily throughout the day. What a pleasure it was working with him! The craftsmanship is excellent. My husband and I are in complete agreement that throughout our entire marriage, we have NEVER received and enjoyed such outstanding customer service and such a pleasant construction experience with ZERO headaches or worries. There was no middle-man or subcontractor involved to interfere with communication or cause specification misunderstanding. Scottie handled everything with finesse. We simply could not be happier with the final result and look forward to enjoying this safe, sturdy, and attractive deck. DeckTacular did a great job putting in a new railing system on our deck. They also stabilized our deck which had some side to side movement. They arrived when the work was scheduled to be done and did a great job. The deck looks super with the new aluminum railing. The work was also completed in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again. Scottie was great to work with.

Scottie and his guys did AMAZING work. i could not be happier with the customer service and quality of the deck they built. would HIGHLY recommend Decktacular for a new deck!!!
