1. Their website says to factory reset your phone. What they don't tell you is that you have to set it back up without an email for the machine to evaluate it. This was the roadblock I ran into yesterday.
2. With the phone set up and ready to go, it was super easy. Took maybe 15 minutes in total, and I got $65 for my Samsung s10 (with no cracks or scratches).
The bonus part: Even works when the phone is locked to a carrier.
