        I went to change a personal check . They didnt cash it I been with bank of America for 12 years .

        BOA is trash anymore. Period.. I'd give this place and the entire company a 0 if it were the lowest rating option.

        I would give Bank of America zero stars if possible. I opened an account on January 30th, Bank of America took it upon themselves to close my account without informing me on January 31st. On February 2nd, I went into the branch to withdraw my funds only to find out my account was closed and that I will not be getting my money back until March 13th. No one had clear answers and both the branch itself and the customer service line could not give me clear answers. I will never do business with them again and I caution against doing business with them.

        Paris gave 10/10 help, super nice and helpful :) never got the survey to give him a 10 but I definitely recommend going to him for help!!
