They did a great job with our mini labradoodle! Dude was matted in some spots and they didnt just shaved him to the skin - they took the time and effort to save as much hair as they could.

We have taken our dog Lily twice and love the cut she gets. But most of all she is happy to go, which is a big difference from how she behaved with the previous groomer. We will be going back!

I have to give a one star as won't allow none First time using them, but thought well there suppose to be the best. Far from it at grooming.. My little lap dog is a service dog. They trimmed nails way to short you can see pink skin. The cut was suppose to be trim but she has more hair around face then on whole body, looks like hairless animal almost. They input the information wrong in there system yet in my online account it's correct and my baby was in kennel for over 2hrs as the called and texted wrong number, good thing I checked on her when I did. When I addressed concerns to staff got attitude that they have done this 8 yrs and know there job, yet never done support animals or have any training or education on service animals. Very very disappointed.

Allee is the best, she does such a good job and is great with Bella. Bella always looks fresh and cute! Also, everyone who has helped at the register is friendly.
