Very quick and painless process to get my rental insurance in place. Love that its drafted from my account monthly and I have no worries. Also love that everything regarding my account can be easily accessed online.

They are a very good insurance company with very nice people but their roadside assistance especially the tow truck is the worst service. I've been stranded on the road on 3 different occasions and every time the tow truck has taken over 3hr to come get me. I wish that they would fix this.
