I am so unhappy with this bank! Never in my life have I had the issues I have had with any other bank! They hold checks even after having the account for over a month (I have had mine since last year!). They tried to say my check from the IRS was fraudulent and put it on another 6 day Hold! Even when speaking with customer service and they did not make me aware until the incident. I am very frustrated and its all because I allowed basic overdraft so beware if you get an account through them! So unhappy l!

After my experience yesterday and trying to make payment arrangements. The service is awful. All this bank has done for me is get my deposit. Never help when I needed it the most. Transaction and post take too long. Just tired of dealing with this bank. I'm canceling my service with them.

just looked at todays debit transactions. when i used the atm at arvest's drivethru today, it charged me a $4 atm fee then seperately charged me an additional $2 atm fee. $6??? if they are that crooked over little stuff, i'd hate to see how they treat people with real money...
