Please do your research before considering doing business with Adrian Elmore (Owner) of G Town Auto Body, LLC. Ask specific questions about his repair process and be sure to get everything in writing. I would also encourage you to follow-up all verbal conversations with a text/written summary of your conversations every time, otherwise you will be as sorry as I am for doing business with him. Don't be fooled by his demeanor. In my experience he is incredibly unorganized and once you start questioning him and the insurance check clears his attitude changes. He quoted me 2-3 weeks but it has been nearly 3 months and the "repairs" he made to my passenger door and front quarter panel is literally worse than before the repair. My car is now 3 different colors of white because his color-matching skills and auto-body work isn't as incredible as he claims or believes, and I keep finding missing pieces and other evidence of his shoddy worksmanship. Proceed with caution. Edited to add: To clarify...my car is 3 different colors of white: The older/original color, the color of the passenger side when it was painted the first time, and the third color of white on the bumper because G Town had to re-do/repaint the entire bumper because the first time he did it, the paint was bubbled and scratched...THREE colors of white. I was excited when you returned it to me bc I thought I was FINALLY going to get my car back and be done with you. I did text you the next day thanking you as at that point my expectations of your work had plummeted and that was also before I started finding more missing pieces which you agreed to repair in writing, but STILL MISSING...and if that wasn't enough, then the door and quarter panel failed in a big way. You did respond to me adequately in the beginning, but then you stopped once I started asking too many questions about why there are missing pieces and why I kept having to go back and forth with him. G Town can omit and twist the facts all he wants but his business practices will expose him eventually. This is the participation trophy generation at its best and is no better than a chop shop.

Adrian at G Town has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He kept me informed through the entire process. Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional he was also fast and efficient. My car looks fantastic. I highly recommend G Town and will be sending everyone I come across needing body work to them for repairs. Thanks again Adrian you're the best.

Fast to respond and did a great job. They replaced my windshield and fixed the rust issues underneath it and made it look brand new again.

The young man that owns the shop was polite and hardworking. Listened to what I was interested in and provided suggestions and guidance. They completed the work in only a couple of days and it looks amazing. I couldnt be happier with this experience. Please support local and privately owned businesses like the one here.
