A minisplit system was too complicated for them. I basically had to pay someone else for a reinstall after several years of having them constantly fix issues. It wasn't their will, but certainly expertise.

Kevin showed up right on time was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what was wrong with our unit and what need to be be addressed. They called a day early to let me know an appointment opened up if I was available. Luckily I had just got off work. They text with repair mans name and approximate arrival then another text letting me know they were on the way. He jumped right in to get things going. He showed me what was wrong and replaced parts and the house was cooling off within about 15 minutes. In and out less than 2 hours. I will definitely use again when needed. Service: Repair HVAC
