They do not finish their work. Do not pay them until everything is completely finished and cleaned up. Landlord had retaining wall built and was not built very well. Driveway does not drain, all the rain water flows directly to the house, never came back and cleaned up their mess, never came back and put gravel back in the driveway and never came back and put seed and straw down. Still have piles of rocks and large boulders sitting around. Fence was not reinstalled correctly. Landlord called several times and was told they would be out to fix everything but it has been almost a year. If I could post pictures I would. I would not recommend to anyone.
