My friend with ALS and I accidently got our tire stuck in a small ravine near the road. This towing service pulled us out so I could get her back to the nursing home. I was so so grateful and he did not charge us.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had with any service. The tow truck was sent an address to take me to an EV charging station, but he was unable to find the location. He then became angry and started driving around and angrily muttering. I tried to help him and even called my daughter and she was using find my iPhone to try and help give him real time directions to the EV charging station, even though she was at home. He drove around a parking lot (not the location he was supposed to drop me off) and was annoyed and rude and threatened to just leave me outside in the cold in this unknown dark area. I was alone with a dying phone without a coat and he said he was going to leave me in that lot even though that was not the location we contracted him to take me. I asked him to take me to another EV charging station and he refused, even though my daughter found another one two miles away. He called his boss and cussed me out on the phone because he was angry about the time wasted and being unable to find the drop off point. His boss also pressured him to leave me even though they knew it was unsafe and they had not completed the service my daughter threatened to sue and also called Hertz on three way and only then did he agree to actually tow my car to a safe and agreed upon location. He was horrible and scary and unprofessional and I feared for my safety. My daughter called Hertz and the roadside assistance attendant also has a record of this and he heard the man yell at me and complain even though he is responsible for finding the drop off location and I was even trying to help (even though I am paying him). Do not use this company, they are not honorable or trustworthy.

I hands down would recommend this company to anyone. They arrived fast when no one else would take the job and were extremely respectful and professional even through miscommunication with a wrong address. With the wrong address for pick up I figured there would of been some feelings or anger over the situation and there was not. They were still extremely respectful and came through for pick up just as fast. Also upon drop off to dealership again went above and beyond and sent me a photo of my vehicle dropped right Infront of the shop doors as well as taking the time to fill out the overnight drop form and putting it in the box. As another previous company did not fill out anything and left the vehicle with the keys in it. The only reason they knew it was mine was because of a piece of mail in glove box. I give this company 100 stars and would recommend them to anyone.
