Have used Kokesh for over 30 years. They have just recently installed two new highboy toilets at the house have had no issues with the installation or cleanliness or cleaning up after themselves. Also install the sprayer in the kitchen and replace the line and I know leaks and explained what they were doing, they would be my first call for all plumbing needs

Installed new water heater 12/22/23 and initially FAILED county inspection. Then, over the next few months noticed water temp and pressure was not as good as the 18 year old unit that it replaced. Set up appointment (called in early March) for them to look at - but, an HOUR PRIOR to scheduled appointment, was informed it would be billable (contrary to what was told by scheduler). Unit wasnt even 90 days installed when I called ?!? Couldnt even arrange for me to chat with plumber. These folks dont stand behind the product or their work. Find better.

We had Kokesh install 2hit water heaters. One went bad right away and they were quick to respond and replaced it. The second continued to have minor issues during the first year. Kokesh was always quick to respond and try to resolve the problem which they did each time. Finally when the last occurrence happened Megan stepped in and said that was enough and she was going back to manufacture to strongly request they replace the second unit also. It took a few weeks but Megan prevailed and was able to get the manufacture to replace the unit for no charge. This was not something Megan had to do, but took it on her own to do what was right as per Megan. We are most thankful for Kokesh help along the way and standing up for what is best for the customer. We have used them for other plumbing problems and they are always quick to respond and have provided great results. Good business, good preople who want to treat you right.

Kokesh Plumbing has been a Trusted Plumbing Contractor for our home for many years, Chris has been our Go to Guy for all the Plumbing Issues that arise, He is Fair, Honest, Reliable and extremely knowledgeable. As for as pricing some Contractors are more, some are less, In my opinion they are spot on, Good Quality Work at a Fair Price, We feel fortunate to have them.
