Excellent experience. Friend suggested them when I had a damaged tire and needed my car back ASAP. Informative, provided great education, compared prices at check-in. Everything as promised, including car ready well before the estimate. Easy check out, no high pressure sales. Definitely returning.

I like the ease of making an appointment. Employees are knowledgeable and not pushy. The last couple times I have been there they have been short staffed so it has taken longer to service my car then it should (an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation) but if you are not waiting on it like I am then it's not a big issue.

Extremely disappointed. I came here for a tire not holding air. They took it off, looked at it, and said they could not find any nails or holes. They replaced the valve stem and reseated the tire; charged me and told me the tire was holding air. The next morning the tire was flat again. I went to my regular mechanic who found the nail, took it out and fixed the tire. What a disappointment. Additionally, I was told my rear rotors were "awful" and "needed to be replaced" my regular mechanic said there were some minor grooving but nothing to worry about and sent me on my way. Do not trust this place, they are just looking to find work to do, even for no reason.

I dropped my car off between 8:30-9:00am to have my tire replaced due to discovering it being flat when I left work the night before. I called at 3pm to see if it was ready and I was told it would be ready by close. I called back at 5:15pm and was placed on hold while they tried to figure it out. Unfortunately I was working, so I could not stay on the phone. I went in at 5:30 and it was still not ready. I was offered the opportunity to come back in the morning and I agreed but when I got back in my car the tire pressure was at 19psi. I went back in and asked for it to be fixed. I was called a short time later and was told that they found no issues and that my tire pressure sensors must be bad. My sensors are backwards, but I dont think they are bad. I was reassured that they tested the tire and could find nothing wrong. I pointed out that I did not imagine the tire being flat the night before and found the screw embedded in the tire. They did not charge me for the check and invited me back the next day in case my tire went flat again. I returned to work, got out and low and behold I saw the screw. Notice deficits to the screw, clearly it has been there and driven a upon, this is not a newly embedded screw. If my tire goes flat before I leave tonight, then Ill have to drive it to a local gas station to get air in before making the drive home, which is what I was trying to prevent. POST RESPONSE EDIT I took my car to a local shop and they were unable to find the screw or a leak and marked it up to the tire not sitting correctly on the rim. The screw that I saw must have fallen out, or not penetrated the tire deep enough to cause an actual hole. I am amending my score to three stars since they did check the tire and did not charge me for it. Had they have checked it in a timely fashion or set the expectation that waiting in center would get me a quicker service, I would have gladly scored them higher.
