Unprofessional and Deceptive Leasing Practices My experience with Park Meadows agent has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Initially, I was shown a home by a leasing agent who promised me a new, upgraded townhome that would be ready for occupancy on Thursday. Urged to apply before Thursday to secure the property, I trusted their word and submitted my application with the assurance that if the home did not meet my expectations, I would receive a refund. However, upon visiting the property on Thursday, I was dismayed to find that it was not as advertised it was neither finished nor ready. I promptly informed the leasing agent that I did not wish to proceed with the rental and requested a refund as per our agreement. Despite multiple attempts to contact the leasing office via email and phone calls, I received no response. When I finally reached another agent on Monday and explained the situation, I was shocked to be told that the promises made by the original agent could not be honored and that no refund would be issued. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. It is clear to me that park meadows engages in deceptive practices, taking money from tenants under false pretenses and failing to deliver on promises made. I am relieved that I did not end up renting the apartment and count myself fortunate to have avoided further dealings with such unethical individuals. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Park meadows Leasing Agents.,

I advise everyone here not to trust their words. Initially, they were pleasant, promising one thing and implementing something different. We applied for an upcoming open apartment, and they asked for a $300 deposit. They assured me it would be refundable if I didnt like the apartment. However, upon visiting, we found it was under renovation and didnt meet our requirements. We informed the representatives immediately and sent them an email to confirm our dissatisfaction. Now, they are withholding my $300, claiming its non-refundable, despite charging an application fee of $120 plus the $300 deposit.

We have lived at Park Meadows for 5 years. The neighborhood is nice and kid and dog friendly. The management team works hard to make sure that any issues you have are taken seriously and they really try to work for you. The maintenance team is friendly and works hard to get any maintenance needs fixed as quickly as possible.

My experience living at Park Meadows apartments has been good. The apartment office have been kind and courteous to me. I would give a shout out to the people who fulfill the service requests. They have always been courteous, respectful, kind to my family and respond in a reasonable amount of time. I trust them. The office staff too helps with my requests for things I need help with.
