This firm has provided top tier tax filing services. The website portal is extremely user friendly. The office quickly and efficiently answers all phone calls and emails providing helpful answers. I cannot think of one negative experience Ive had while working with Rognan & Associates year over year.

I would give zero if I could. I went through a year and a half nightmare with the IRS because of a HUGE mistake Rognan made. He finished my 2019 taxes the very day they were due, leaving no time for review (I had been following up trying to get them sooner). Upon getting my first letter from the IRS, he did amend the return, but after that would not answer my calls or emails. The IRS was sending me letters and it was quite confusing how to respond to try to negate the humongous penalty they assessed (plus interest which I would have gladly paid). It was an honest mistake and people do make them but the fact that Rognan nor his team would help me navigate this was horrific. In the end although I can "contest" or something like that, with the IRS I have too much anxiety letting it hang over my head. I paid it. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Bad enough they made a mistake...I could forgive it but NO HELP RESOLVING!!!
