Went to the title company located inside Berkshire Hathaway to sign documents to close on my home. The staff was friendly and the closing loan person was absolutely the best. My loan was through USA Mortgage, but we met there and finalized everything finally. Thank you to USA Mortgage and the Title Company!

Watch out for Katie Lynn at the Arnold office. We were selling a house and she represented the buyers. She allowed them to repeatedly lie, then transmitted unrealistic expectations which cost us thousands of dollars to satisfy. At closing, her clients refused to sign - she stated that their buyer showed up with cash and that they had to postpone their closing one day, so they were getting out of our contract. This after she had a walkthrough that very morning and let them require we spend $700 in order to satisfy their requirements, accusing us of non-performance. 3 hours later after we got rid of all belongings per their requirements, she represented that her clients did not need to fulfill the contract.
