This is the first time I have used property management and it has been very helpful in making it possible to rent my property from out of state. The marketing and logistics are completely taken care of for me which is huge. I have had just a few minor issues that were mostly related to a difficult tenant but were handled relatively well. No other complaints and would recommend.
