Poor communication. randomly shows up, even though told To give a heads up notice completely rude. Showed up clueless like he didn't know why he was there even though my landlord communicated what his job was.

We've used Bore's for about three years now, for everything from the annual jetting of our main sewer line (including one year when it was an after-hours emergency situation) to installing a dishwasher to fixing the 100 year-old lead plumbing connection to our tub faucet. They've always been on time, communicative, fair and consistent with pricing, and generally good humans. Thank you, Bore's.

Robert is an excellent worker cleared my main backup and was very professional. Amazing communication made sure I understood what he was doing and why he did it. 10/10 would recommend this company and Robert. I appreciate the professionalism.

1/16/21 Used these guys yesterday and they were perfect. I thought I had the location of the clog figured out and the guy explained to me why it was the opposite and he was right and fixed it, his name was Bob. Will use these folks from now on. Great price too. Used them again today 12/19/23 different guy came but same outcome, they did great work pretty quickly came when they said they would and great price again, guys name was Blake
