My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

Went here for 2 cleanings for my daughter, The dentist Torri Findlay, never tried to really answer my questions and concerns, made me feel judged, and was trying to tell me my daughter needed several fillings, I was shocked. She was not friendly at all, and was trying to make a bunch of money. Went and got a second opinion and that was not the case, glad I did not go through with her services. I would not recommend this dentist at all. Last visit we waited for 45 minutes past appt time, they wont even check you in in the office and actually do a job, they want you to do all the signing in on your phone. No one in this office has been helpful or friendly at all.

Unprofessional staff. Not only that it takes months to get an appointment, but no one ever returned my call when my son had an emergency due to pain. So happy with a new dentist and would recommend staying away, all this place cares about is providing you with a very detailed billing summary.

Original post:They can't keep an orthodontist. My child has had braces since July 2021 and has had multiple orthodontist. Now they haven't had a orthodontist since November 2022. Needless to say it is now March 2023 and we haven't seen an orthodontist since November 2022 and they are saying i cant get a refund for those missed months of no service. The visits are supposed to be every 6 weeks.I certainly regret going here big time and should have switched long ago. Taking my money and business elsewhere!! Update #1.Still have yet to receive a refund from this company, the transfer out of this office was done may 24 and was told on jun 27th id be getting refunded. Pretty long time for a refund it seems when things were closed out back in may. To the "owner" that left a comment, i have spoken with your office several times, nothing has came about it except for the games from jamie the office manager. I have since taken it up with the affiliate company, smile generation. Update #2. Received all 5 of checks from this establishment on august 11. Office manager jamie claims she had sent them out but didnt know what happened to them and then she says to me i wish you had already gotten them so i dont have to deal with this anymore. So happy I left this establishment and the games the office manager plays, my child needed all new braces and 2 more years of wearing them, new ortho said it didnt even look like she had them for almost 2 years from my kids denstist. The city of arnold had a public hearing about this company back in 2022

Dr. Torri F and the office team have been outstanding to say the least! No kid likes going to the dentist, but both our girls(7 & 11 yrs old) even comment on how nice they are. Thank you to the whole dental group - highly recommended!
