        I want to share this post with everyone who may need some landscaping work done, especially this time of the year. Red Oak landscaping is doing a fantastic job with our side-walk, steps, and the backyard. Tony, Cody, and Dan from Red Oak are very hard workers and so professional!

        Red Oak Landscaping is a very professional and caring company from the owner who personally reviews the work to the staff that does the work.         While they may be cheaper than other options, the customer service for a correct initial install and any sort of follow-up service is quite disappointing. I will go elsewhere for future projects.

        I had trees planted. I'm very happy with the service and my new trees. Rich was very accommodating- he even honored a prior estimate. When I had concerns a few months later he responded quickly with just what I wanted to hear. I recommend this service.

      Kurt, I understand your frustration and regret that we did not meet your expectations on customer service. There are certainly more aspects to a job than just doing great work, we must be good at follow up, and in this case I know that scheduling your replacement shrubs took more time than we wanted and I regret that we did not do a better job communicating and I can understand giving us a one star for communication if that was the only criteria for a review.I feel there are many aspects to doing a great job and communication is one of those. I am disappointed the rest of the process could not have earned us a couple more stars than just one. We completed a retaining wall, drainage work, plantings and concrete steps that all turned our fantastic and can be seen in these photos if you copy and paste this URL in your browser https://app.companycam.com/galleries/sQqJKoub. I assure you we do not take this lightly, we work hard to earn the highest rating and will use this to better the client experience going forward. I do appreciate the feedback greatly. I just wish some acknowledgement of the good work was shared as well.
