        Have asked to speak with a supervisor on more than one occasion. Have been told they will call me Have yet to receive a call. Everything says you open at 7 but when I call it says office is closed we open at 7am on week days. Have had a issue with my bill for months now and no one can resolve it even tho I have showed proof that I paid the bill. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!!

        My bill recently doubled without any warning or rationale. Ironically they miss pickups regularly. Will not renew for the next bill cycle. Very disappointed!

        So far, so good with weekly trash pickup service. Thank you. Do you offer in-person bill pay at your Local Office? I want to know if the Recycling Program (bottles, cans, paper, glass, cardboard, etc.) Does it really get recycled or does it go straight to the landfill instead? Service: Trash removal & disposal

      Hello, unfortunately we do not offer in person payment options. The best way to make your payment is online at www.wm.com or through our automated phone system. You may also mail your payment as well. As for recycling, we absolutely recycle all high quality recycleable materials that come through our stream.
