Wouldn’t recommend. They may be a good contractor but horrible service and communication. Multiple weeks of email trying to setup an estimate but no interest in our business.

Extremely poor customer service. Very difficult and frustrating to get in touch with Michael Buchheit on several occasions, even though he had my $500 deposit. I felt like I didn't matter and was being ignored. I was initially told by Michael a few weeks or sooner for the job start date. After a month Michael told me it would be a couple of weeks. I then waited six weeks to contact Michael, again with much difficulty. At that time, Michael assured me 1 more month,, after that month went by, I still couldn't get a start date. Every time there was a delay, there were no attempts made to contact me. Very disappointing. I will most likely have to wait until next year for a patio. My patio furniture has been delivered and is taking up space in my garage, while my car will stay out in the elements until next year. A little honesty would have gone a long way.
