The prospect of moving across the country as a senior citizen and finding a suitable place to live was daunting, to say the least. Fortunately, my sister, who lives in Arnold, found the Miller Crossing Apartments and Villas, and was fortunate to meet Joanne Bares, the on-site Property Manager. Joanne was welcoming, hospitable, receptive, and eager to offer assistance to my sister, and to me. Since that first meeting, my sister has re-visited Miller Crossing, sent photos, and I have moved forward with the application and security deposit for the "perfect apartment", which I hope will be my new home in the not-too-distant future. Throughout the entire process, Joanne demonstrated unfailing patience and understanding with my lack of computer skills, and helped me complete the online documents successfully. I am eager to meet Joanne in person, and grateful that my new home will have such a knowledgeable, experienced, and caring Property Manager overseeing the welfare of the residents and this inviting property. The Wellington Group is fortunate to have Joanne Bares as a member of their management team, and the residents of Miller Crossing Apartments and Villas are blessed that Joanne is there for them.
