        I got a loan from them and calling them to drop off your insurance policy number is ridiculous. Instead the insurance has to mail them

        Been banking here for well over 4 years, recently I've tried to call and get ahold of people. Takes you straight to voice-mail that states they'll return your call before end of buisness day. I've yet to get my call returned. Multiple calls, multiple days. Never call back... kinda ticks me off, and will be closing my account for another account before long if this continues.
