Have had insurance with this agency for about two years and have been happy. In January my father passed away and I asked Daniel to remove him from the policy and stop the auto premiums taken from my father's bank account. Two months later I noticed that the policy was not changed and neither have the premiums. I spoke with Daniel again in March and was told that my dad will be taken off the policy and the two car policies will be combined, that will result in reduced rate. A week ago at end of May, I found out that my father's policy was cancelled and it was not added to mine, so the car is not even insured. I called the office and spoke with Dylon and requested for Daniel to call me back. Dylon sent me a quote for the new policy and the coverage for two cars has nearly DOUBLED. Her explanation was that I am "insuring two newer cars" where in fact those are the same cars that have been insured for two years. I spoke with Dylon again and asked, again for Daniel to call me back. A week later, he has yet to return my call. So very disappointed!
