This room was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was clean, it smelled terrible, the air quality made my asthma act up. We turned right back around and requested a refund. While we were requesting a refund there was police in the lobby and it was a crazy environment overall. The employees were nice however one claimed to the other he had just "checked" the room himself and it was clean. These pictures say otherwise. We ended up going to another hotel last minute after a 16 hour drive because of how disgusting it was.

This place doesnt even deserve one star, but 0 wasnt an option. Me and my girlfriend got in late and checked in around 4am in the morning. Check out was at 11am but they still charged be full price for a total of 7hrs of stay. To add insult to injury, when we checked out in the morning the management refused to give me my $100 dollar deposit back because they believed we smoked in the room because they said it smells of it. I chew but, neither of us are smokers. Mind you each floor in itself as a whole reeks of both weed and cigarette smoke. When you walk into this establishment, thats the smell that youre immediately hit in the face with. After them keeping my $100 dollar deposit I was charged a total of little over $220.00 for a stay of maybe a little over 7 hours at a hotel that at best is worth $50.00 a night. Room conditions are straight disgusting, on top of non functioning items in there as well (mini fridge/lights). The worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life! Straight crooks if you ask me. I run a small business myself and I never in my wildest dreams would ever treat a customer the way we were treated at this establishment. Could care less about the $100 dollars, its the principal. If youre on the road and looking for decent place to lay your head for night, this place isnt the one.
