        Checked in online and time changed when I sat down. There was another Mike under me on the list and they didn't clarify what Mike it was so my wait turned to 15 min from 3 we I came in . When I asked I was told we only cut hair not the tech stuff?? Why have online if you can't do it correctly. I won't be back neither will my family or Co worker.

        I think Keith at Southfield center is an awesome hair dresser! He is skilled and personable while being professional! Style inspiration: I asked him how to tame my grizzlies and he gave me solid advice! I appreciate him and that advice so much, its improved my self esteem
