        My experience with Shivers has not been pleasant. On Oct 26, 23, I signed a purchase agreement to have a 12x24 cabin placed on my property in Yazoo County. My salesman was Houston. I explained to Houston, that since I live in Mich. I'd be back in Yazoo County, the END of March 2024. Also, because of the 8' wide gate for access to the property, the 12x 24 cabin would have to be built on-site. Houston advised me that would not be a problem. I received a phone call mid- March from Shivers, stating that the cabin was built and ready to be delivered. I questioned, why was it ALREADY built? Plus, I won't be in MS until the END of March. Apparently, someone dropped the ball on the on-site build. I spoke to Houston again and advised that I'd be in Yazoo the END of March (30th). April 1st approx. 9:45a, I called Houston to find out if the builders were coming. "They're on another site and I'll call you later," he replied. 5p, April 1st, Houston called and advised, the entire build crew is on another site assembling a 16x40. They won't be able to get until MAY, 2024. We'll, since I drove over 1800 miles from MI to MS, inconvenienced, I had to cancel the agreement. Now, I'm being charged $200.00 of the $400.00 deposit for a cancelation fee. THERE WASN'T EVEN AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER WHATSOEVER. Thank you very much Shivers. Dale W. Clarke Detroit, MI
