Days Inn by Wyndham Yazoo City

Not up to the usual Days Inn standards. Large patches of black mold on the bathroom walls. In fact the whole town was kind of sketchy.

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice! Our first room, had a non-flushing toilet. The second room had a flushing toilet, but the room was NASTY. The top lock was broken (you could tell someone had kicked it in). They were doing some renovations on two of the rooms, but ALL of them need some updating. Honestly if you have the option to stay elsewhere, do so!!! There are plenty of stores and fast food places, but the location in general felt unsafe.

This place should be inspected by the health department. There is mold growing on the walls of the bathroom. I only stayed one night and came away with a headache. I am allergic to mold, I suspect the A/C has not been serviced or cleaned. I believe it has mold growing in it and it is blowing it into the room. You need to bring your own toiletries they only provide a bit of soap and lotion. There were no tissues just toilet paper. There is a small coffee maker. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted there was so much ice in the freezer compartment it was hard to close the door. The breakfast was a cold breakfast. They offered these sausage sliders in plastic that looked very un appetizing there was plenty of cold cereal No fruit. There is a railroad crossing nearby and the passing trains are noisy. I wish I had stayed somewhere else this place is a dump. Not worth the money I paid for. There are better hotels nearby. Pay the extra $20.00 and save yourself from this dump. Rooms: The bathroom has mold growing on the walls the place is not a good deal.

Just had to visit this trad small town. Locals told me to beware at night n font go downtown. Interesting place, bring protection :-)
