I have friends that stay out there and that is one place I would never want to live in everyone lives there are having a problems with the stove of the refrigerator of the AC will someone please reach out for the Genesee Court renter anyone can call themselves a landlord just to collect a paycheck

I wouldn't even give this apartment complex 1 star. It has bad management all they care about is rent not the tenants. No pest control, and they keep going up on the rent. $775 for 3-br. and 2-ba. Mold is in the hot water tank closet. I reported it and nothing has been done about it. You never see the owner on the property now but before he jacked up the rent over $300. Maintenance is not experienced with fixing anything. My floors got destroyed from someone else's unit leaking and nothing was done about it. My rug was damaged and they didn't pay me for it. They quick to take you to court when you late and throw on extra fees. I would not recommend anyone to live here. On top of that all the violence in this area. Kids be shooting guns and adults fighting. It's a horrible place to live. I wish I could find somewhere else to live.
