        I have been touched and moved by the thoughtfulness of these sweet people my coworker received flowers for her birthday and when the owner, Pam Rhodes, realized that it was also my birthday she made me a beautiful custom bouquet and had it delivered to me. I will be recommending this service to everyone I can!

        So, the lady I dealt with (Terra), was AWESOME!!! She did a great job taking the order, friendly, did a great job with my order. Im offshore, was having these delivered to my wife. If I have them delivered that probably means shes home to accept them. Well, someone (was not Terra) called my wife to tell her the flowers were going to be delivered and that they wanted to know if shed be home. What the hell kind of florist does that? The entire surprise was ruined. Completely wrecked the momentum. Awesome arrangement, awesome person I dealt with but the phone call wrecking the moment sealed the deal on me not doing repeat business. 3 stars because Terra was great, otherwise Id have left 1 star. Super bummed.

      We’re happy that you liked your order and that you found Terra to be so helpful. We’re sorry you were disappointed that we called in advance of delivery to your home but it is our policy to always verify that someone is there to receive the order. You will find this policy is standard for most florists.As flowers are perishable items, we are reluctant to attempt delivery without knowing if someone is home. So many times, we have attempted surprise deliveries to find the recipient ran to the store or was at the doctor, etc… and was not home. We cannot leave them due to the heat and redelivery the same day is not always possible. We hope this clarifies why we must call the recipient prior to delivery.
