1/17/24 Very disappointed. I went to the store at 6:30pm and was denied hay by Chloe and Parker due to them already locking the trailer. I come weekly around the same time if not closer to close and never had a problem. I drove 30 minutes one way to be told no although it was an hour and a half before close and they had a trailer full. 1/18/24 Before going to the store I called at 5:40pm to see if they locked the trailer yet, they did. I proceeded to tell them who I was and that corporate was contacted that morning. Parker then told me He can go back and set some out of the trailer (in the rain) if we can come pick it up asap. We went to Gulfport instead and had 10/10 customer service and will not be back to Wiggins.

This is my favorite store, The staff is always so sweet and helpful. But this evening I came to purchase some hay since all farmers are completely out from the drought we had this summer and I noticed the bails are a quarter of the size they normally are and they are still charging the price of the Normal sized bails!???? $12.79 a bail!??? This is price gouging and a shame to see in such a small town. The economy is so bad right now and all we want is to be able to feed our animals! Please fix this issue! We have no other places to get hay. The hay bails are literally only 24" long!!

Love this store! Staff always very helpful and courteous! They generally keep most items I need stocked. They also price match as promised by the mother company! It's always a pleasure to shop this store!
