        After having a home insurance policy with Farm Bureau for almost 20 years, I have decided they are no longer a good fit for me. My annual premiums have always been reasonable until they increased it by over $500 annually. I called my agent in Wayne County, MS to discuss new rates and coverage. This guy asked me to allow him three or four days to do some research and assured me he would call me with the details. I waited for over a month for that phone call and never received it. I figured he would be willing to do what it took to retain a customer being that customers are the primary reason they are in business ! If a man will not honor his word, this is no good and says a lot about his character. I disagree with having to pay the yearly membership fee anyways, which we get nothing in return for it!
