Absolutely the worst service provider on the planet. DEI hired management that dont know there butt from a hole in the ground. Service techs that make your service worst than before and take weeks to fix. Save yourself a headache go with any other provider thats in your area, no way they are worse then this company!

I have been a member for about 6 years and for the last couple of years have really depended on the Internet due to working from home and I had the highest speed internet and the service sucks. My speeds are unstable and it drops constantly. I now have my job threatening to terminate me if I can get the issue resolved and I have tried and mediacom just can't get it right. I do not recommend this company if you can help it. Yes the customer service workers are nice but that does not help the service. Mediacom needs to do better!

Literally worst internet for outrageous prices. Wish charter was out here. Switching to coast electric internet next pay day.

If you have another option in the Bay Saint Louis/Waveland area for high speed Internet I recommend you take it. Been a Mediacom customer for awhile and it's clear they don't care about their customer. Stay away if you can.
