Ordered box with no drink because they didnt have coke zero.....decided to get a diet coke at window. Was told "we don't add to orders at window". Well you can keep my order and lose a customer .... DONE!

Service, food and atmosphere is yall outstanding, but the food I received this morning was horrible. Tator tots hard and old. Sausage breakfast sandwich old as well food was definitely not fresh and the restaurant wasnt even busy. 0/10 today!

I went through the drive-thru with my husband. The girl taking my order repeatedly got it wrong. Once I drove around to the window the boy at the window read it back to me at my request and, of course, it was incorrect. They called a manager over and I explained to him what I wanted and he couldnt figure it out. I showed them the coupon- a free sausage, egg & cheese biscuit with the purchase of a regular hash brown and a regular drink- and explained I wanted that, plus one sausage biscuit and one regular drink. I dont feel like that should be hard to understand. I thought they finally had it right, I paidgot my receipt and my order and it was STILL WRONG! The manager finally asked me to pull forward and said he would fix it. He came out a few minutes later and told me he had refunded the $ for the entire purchase. The only reason I gave 2 stars for service was because he refunded my $. Ive never had such trouble getting someone to understand my order. The coupon was very clear and I only ordered two additional items. It was a very frustrating experience- I was shaking by the time I left. Thankfully, the food was good.
