        We took our taxes by there and they told us we couldnt file and wouldnt get anything back, then refused to give us our paperwork back, telling us we wouldnt need it Very rude, unprofessional, and can never get them to answer the phone. So we called social security ourselves and got them to send us a new benefits letter since they would not give us back OUR property they misinformed us about! and e-filed for free with the IRS.gov online. They are sending us our full refund, along with our Recovery Rebate Credit, we knew we were entitled to. We used to use this tax preparer for years, so Im not sure if its the new ownership or just the rude, unprofessional, inexperienced employees they have working there now but do not recommend, and most definitely will never be taking anything to them ever again.
