Doesnt answer the phone when you need to make a payment then turn the car off leaving customers stranded.

Never getting car from them again been having problems with this 2014 Nissan maxima sv since day 1 has been to there shop multiple times I even had mechanic at shop tell me he tired of fooling with car the car is pain in a** Im still having issues with the car Ive only had this car for 7months and every month some is wrong with car and they dont care to just give me another one this car has mutiple problems with it I have tried talking to them and be reasonable about situation just give me another car only thing they keep telling me is that theyll make appointment with there shop which clearly not touching car just letting sit up there for couple days than call you come pick car up Ive had it with them when my car was on warranty issue was never resolved I dont understand that they mess over good people so my next step is to get someone involved and handle this situation
