        My husband and I are Porsche owners. We were visiting Alabama and the oil light came on in his car. The dealership was not opened that Saturday, but Tito McKinney, the Service Director made sure to assist with our every need. He found the guy who could service my car and assured me that things were ok. He did a phenomenal job. This guy went above and beyond his normal duties to comfort our since of security that our car was in good condition. Thank you Carlock Automotive for having such a wonderful team player amongst your organization.

        The general manger was very rude waited about 7 hours and he never called me back . Went up their I was was upset he told me to leave and take that truck with me .Chrysler after filling a complaint replaced the truck with another new one Carlock banned me off their lot because I stood up to them .went to lander's dodge in southhaven ms and the Chrysler independent rep met me their and lander's dodge let me pick out one on their lot. Lander's dodge was very perfeshional and great to work with.
