        Would not recommend this business to anyone! Had my mower over a month, kept telling they were working on it. Never communicated with me ,I grew weary of the dishonesty and excuses. When I called to get an update on mower they couldn't tell me anything.

        They won't update you on anything you have to call them to see the status of your equipment and for them to end up telling you it will take 2 weeks. They do charge a deposit which makes no sense beforehand.

        Couldn't get waited on. Seemed like I was a bother. They gentleman that was going to help me just walked around on a cell phone slamming his door.

        I took my Honda Rubicon to have the carburetor repaired. The little guy that took my info when I dropped it off that morning smelled of alcohol strongly. Thst should've been.a sign Right then. After twice taking it back it leaks gas and oil I was charged three hundredd 80 for nothing and got an attitude treatment. I wouldn't recommend these guys. I'm out my money and a 4 wheeler in worse shape than before. Still no one has contacted me with a solution nor an apology. 350 is a lot of money to me. It's atrocious for the business dealings you guys do. The honorable thing to do is to refund my money. Better yet, don't work on four wheelers. It's not your strongest suit.

      Dear Ramon, you brought your generator in last Thursday afternoon, August 17, 2023. You made it sound like it was urgent because you were on a job site. We told you we would jump on it to see what was wrong. We immediately put our technician on the generator to diagnose the problem as promised. He was out on Friday and we put him back on your generator early Monday a.m. August 21, 2023. It was repaired and picked up by you Monday afternoon August 21, 2023. This is our busy season. The very minimum time for repairs on small hand held equipment is 2 weeks if parts are not required to be ordered, then it would be longer. On Friday, August 18, 2023 you called asking about your generator. The person on the phone commented that it could take two weeks. The person on the phone you talked with was not here Thursday to know that your repair was urgent. I apologize that you feel our service was inadequate. We do our very best to service our customers as best as possible.
