        My wife and I bought our house last year in September. A week after moving in we discovered that there was no septic system hooked up (it was stated in the legal binding contract that there was). I am a 100% disbaled Veteran, and used a VA loan to purchase this home. We contacted our realtor Blake Trehern to try and get this situation take care of. Of course things have not went smoothly and there has been a lot of back and forth on who is responsible for outting in a new septic system. We enede up dealing with Keith Henley who is the owner of this realty company. He hired a man named Hubert Collins to come and install a new septic tank and lines. Hubert did so, but didnt do it correctly and we still have raw sewage coming out on our property and the neighboring property as well. It is now almost August of this year (almost a year later) and we are still waiting for this situation to be dealt with. We have called, left voicemails, and texted Keith Henley but he refuses to respond to us. We have not heard from him since March 11th, 2023. We were really hoping that this business and its agents would make this right. We are not asking for much except to do the right thing. We have been treated very poorly by all involved. I think they thought this situation was just going to go away but it will NOT! The unitial contract was broken by the sellers when they lied, yet there has been no recourse nor supoort from this business for us the buyers. Keith assumed responsibility for this issue when he hired Hubert Collins to install a new system. Why would he hire someone to do this unless he felt it was the right thing to do? Keith, I am kindly asking you to contact me so we can get this taken care of.
