I hired Jason Herring on a civil case and it was one of the best decisions I made. Scheduled my consult and met at his office (very professional setting). He sat down and we went over everything regarding the case and he actually listened & taking notes. As soon as the plaintiff and their attorney discovered I had hired him the whole attitude changed they knew the gig was up. Mr. Herring and his team were on top of everything from depositions to sending me copies of EVERYTHING. The Herring-Chapman firm has the reputation of taking care of business (Farese who?) and has the name recognition to back it up. Do yourself a favor so you can sleep better and stop worrying just meet with him promise you wont regret it. BHG

Over the course of a more than 12-year continual battle to be a present and influential father in my daughter's life, I encountered numerous roadblocks by the other party. As this has been a very trying year for my family , I can not say enough about this group. They have been amazing to work with , very friendly , professional and caring . Jason , Brandi and the whole team i thank you for all your help and guidance through this whole process and especially being a friend also when I needed one .

They claim 6 months ago they've tried to contact me but really haven't. I needed full custody and protection but they cared more about the enemy than myself
