Bought a 2022 VW Golf R from this dealer. The process to purchase and delivery was great. However, once I received the vehicle, the dealership refused to help me to correct the wrong. I received a vehicle with the wrong front emblem and with shipping pucks. They performed the new vehicle inspection incorrectly. I asked for 6 months to replace the emblem or at least order it for me to replace myself. They kept giving me excuses and lies about the emblem and replacing the emblem itself. I had to go to another dealership to get it replaced which took 2 days to order and 10 minutes to put on the bumper. The lies I would get are, we are unable to order, we have to replace the entire bumperor my favorite its a GTE badge, very rare and worth more and I should be grateful to have that on my car. GTE only hurts the value of my car and not vice versa. 2nd issue which are the shipping pucks (see picture). The shipping pucks made the car un-drivable which I was glad I remembered from previous years this was a problem. I cant believe its still an issue. I recommend not buying from this dealership, they will not help you or keep promises given. If they are unable to perform a correct inspection. I cant imagine what they do doing service. Stay away.

If i could give no star that would be perfect. We haven't had the truck 30 days leaking oil .there saying nothing is wrong with it.

I've been up there 3 different times to have my window in my new 2022 taos first 2 times they told me nothing was wrong, when clearly their is something wrong a car that has less than 5k miles and the drivers window onlh works when it decides. They fi ally see the pro lem ordered the part and when I went Friday to my scheduled appt to fix it they couldn't be their mechanic wasn't there to charge it out so I still have a broken Window in a brand new vehicle, a tech could've put the window part In...
