    AFTER DR. HARRINGTON RETIRED IT WENT DOWN !!Terrible! Wouldnt recommend. I called once to get a disabled decal filled out & the doctor told the nurse to inform me that multiple sclerosis doesnt cause pain, which is false. Also tested positive for JC virus and the still sent me to get an infusion that I shouldnt have gotten with being positive. Luckily they didnt send the proper paperwork so I couldnt get it. Moved to UAB and its the best experience ever especially being cared for by a doctor that knows what he is doing!

    My son has being seeing neurologists since he was 13. We met with Dr Giliani for the first time and after speaking with him and his plans for treatment for my son made me feeling very hopeful and positive. Dr Giliani is very down to earth, professional but easy to talk to. He establishes a rapport before going any further in the appointment. I see good things happening in our future treatments with my son and Dr Giliani.

    The nurse was rude when told to report back to her after speaking with my insurance company. I told her what was needed and she argued with me that they did everything that was required and that I should seek medical attention else were after being treated by them for years. The neurologist consultant in Oxford was able to adhere to my insurance instructions and my injection was approved without any issues.

    Took my mother for a dr app. We sat in the room for 3 hours with the heat on (it was 84 degrees that day outside) saw the dr lady for 15 mins before she sent us on our way. After her not listening to us and her quoting that we were arguing with her When we weren't, we were explaining what my mother could and couldn't take On top of the fact she had the wrong MRI and was talking about something that wasn't even bothering my mother. Would not listen at all.
