The employees are so rude. They were rude to the lady in front of me, and then to me. Ill never use them again.

They made an error with my insurance and I was unknowingly running up a bill. I found this out after having my cpap for 3 months and needing supplies. They never contacted me about my insurance or my bill. By the time I found out what I owed it was more than I could pay. I needed gel cushions for my cpap and was told I couldn't get any supplies until my bill was paid. I asked if I could pay cash for the supplies and was told I could not. This forced me to buy my supplies on Amazon, which by the way is half the price Hometown charges. My Dr told me I will die without the cpap so I am forced to deal with this money hungry company who is now threatening me with collections. It is such a stressful situation but I'm trapped. 0 stars!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I am sick to tears about these pulmonary supply businesses that do not want to give service. What happened to the business picking up the phone to check how many air tanks you have left and delivering what you need. Why do you need to stop your day and remember that you need to order new cpap supplies EVERY month when ur insurance pays every90 days for 3 cushions and a new head piece every 6 months. Why do they not go after this money? Why should I beg them to take the money from insurance. If insurance is not paying enough to make it worth their while stop selling the big ticket items. Thats all they want. The o2 concentrator, cpap machines and any other equipment outside of supplies. Its really sad. Ive been waiting for about a week for exchange o2 tanks to be delivered. Sad. Im not even mad anymore. Its just sad
