        I went in for stomach pain and digestive issues and not only did Dr. Kevin Koehler not take me seriously at all, he actually ridiculed me and was very condescending and insulting, did nothing more than listen to my chest with a stethoscope and ask a couple of rhetorical questions, then proceeded to attempt to schedule me another appointment there at Access Family Medical with a psychiatric doctor. I left Dr. Koehler's office literally in tears, feeling deeply insulted and offended. I would not recommend Dr. Kevin Koehler or Access Family Medical to anyone, it was a waste of time and money a a truly horrible experience. Highly unprofessional, rude, condescending, leaving me no better off than I was before the visit. I requested a survey regarding my experience with Dr. Koehler and Access Family Medical on several occasions and failed to receive one. This is probably why they have a "5 star review" here on Google. I can assure you this "5 star review" is highly inaccurate. ☹️☹️☹️☹️😠
