        I'been trying to get connected into online banking for several weeks made several trips into the lobby.today I was helped by Kyra everyone else was at lunch or was leaving for lunch .Kyra was only teller there but she took the time and patience to show me how to get connected evertime I have gone inside the lobby before at the tupelo branch this particular teller have gone above greeting,smiling and helping She provide the type of customer service that all customer expect to receive when they go into Bright view
